Vydura Product Design Refresh Promotion - London, UK - 2024
I executed this project as a freelance designer in collaboration with DDB Remedy, focusing on visual creation and development.
The brief required the creation of an A3 format layout to be applied as signage in drugstores to promote and boost in-store sales of Vydura, a first-class anti-headache product produced by Pfizer.
The agency included a few branding guidelines within the brief, such as font and color palette.
My working process started from scratch—staring at a blank page (or screen), where I began sketching ideas related to concepts like peace, calm, relaxation, and relief. I experimented with different shapes and figures until a solid visual draft emerged.
I gathered various thematic elements into a mood board, which helped me refine and consolidate the visual concept.
For the visual, I centered it around a woman’s face in a front view, with a relaxed expression, peacefully surrounded by soft, white clouds.
The idea was to symbolize that her mind is now light and free, just like a fluffy white cloud.
To explore multiple graphic options efficiently, I used Adobe Firefly, which allowed me to generate several layout variations in a short time by adjusting different parameters until I achieved a satisfying result.
Once I established and refined my visual, I focused on integrating the product logo, merging it with a cloud shape to seamlessly blend into the composition.
The logo was carved into the cloud, appearing as if you could physically “see through” it, mimicking cloud formations and enhancing the feeling of lightness.
I also rounded the cloud's edges to further reinforce the sense of relaxation and softness.
I explored various visuals, experimenting with different perspectives, graphic styles, and gradients.
This process led to the final A3 format layout.
Once the layout was completed and approved, I created a couple of mockups, such as this A3 panel displayed above the product shelves in a drugstore environment.
